About me and my therapy practice

I am a Humanistic Integratively trained counsellor based near Harley Street, or the Old Bailey and at a third location in East Finchley.

I have extensive experience of working with anxiety and depression, bereavement, relationship issues and family breakdown, eating disorders and self harm.

I have particular experience of working with men and women who have experienced trauma, in particular blue light services and military personnel.

I work with adults and adolescents, couples and families.

I provide a free initial phone consultation. For couples I offer 90 minute sessions.
