I am Abi, and I work with people in a confidential one to one setting, to build a trusting relationship. I will listen and empathise so we can develop what you would like for yourself and your wider relationships, so you can take charge over your experience.
I started my own therapeutic journey in my 20's because I was sad, angry and frustrated and wasn't sure how to change my experience, I then started training to become a therapist 7 years ago. I've worked in the film and media industry for 20+ years and I enjoy working with creativity, intelligence and purpose. I am also a working mother, and have worked with both men and women on the challenges that separations, work/life balance and parenthood can bring us.
I bring my warmth, integrity and understanding to the work, with a commitment to holding a safe and boundaried space for you. If you have any questions about how I could work with you then please call or email me to arrange an initial, exploratory session.
Sessions are for 50 minutes and I can offer some concessions or reduced fees.
