About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes on our journey through life, issues arise that are difficult and painful to deal with. I am an experienced BACP Accredited qualified Counsellor who can help you with these issues. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment to support you, helping you to address and overcome these issues. Counselling can help you gain clarity and perspective. Help you achieve positive changes. I can be there to support you through these changes.

I am an optimist by nature. I believe we are often stronger and more resourceful than we think. Counselling can help us realise that truth. I am a therapist who focuses on you and your needs. I help you work towards your goals in a way that is:

Caring. Professional. Respectful. Open. Honest. Non-Judgemental. Collaborative. Challenging.
