About me and my therapy practice

Relationship issues, lonely, overwhelmed, struggling in general or because of specific events? Sometimes friends and family are unable to support in the way you need. I have practises in Exeter and Sidmouth where I offer professional, confidential, non-judgemental counselling.

I work with adults, young people and children.

I use an integrated approach which means I draw on a range of skills and theories to adapt counselling to your individual needs. I am passionate about the work I do because I know it helps you on the path back to being yourself.

There is nothing too big or too small to bring to counselling. For some, life may have been difficult for a great while and a professional listener can be a welcome step to change.
