About me and my therapy practice

"Hope is like a bird that senses the dawn and starts to sing while it is still dark. Author unknown.

Life's problems are varied, challenging and a real struggle. At times like this it can feel lonely and confusing. As a counsellor I will listen and help you to identify, explore, gain insight and discover deeper personal meaning and purpose. I have worked with people with a range of issues such as relationship difficulties, bereavement, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, abortion and sexual abuse.

I believe that the relationship created between myself and a client provides the opportunity for healing to take place and so I promote a warm, respectful and supportive relationship in a confidential environment.
