I have more than 20 years experience working in the counselling and psychotherapy sector. I also provide individual, couple therapy and supervision via Skype. I have significant experience as a psychotherapist in the NHS.
Alongside my usual work as a psychotherapist, analyst and supervisor, I also have a specialised training in both Parent-Infant Psychotherapy and Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT). MBT is an evidence-based talking therapy suitable for people with depression, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and personality disorders. I am registered with the BPC as an MBT Practitioner.
