About me and my therapy practice

I provide a safe and confidential environment. As a humanistic counsellor I have trained in various modalities. I will support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings around the issues you are experiencing. I believe the answers that we seek lie within us.I work with you to explore your options and work with your agenda. I am non-judgemental in my approach and always have clients at the centre of all work that is undertaken. I have extensive experience of working with young people adults, couples and families. I am integrative in my approach and use various techniques and creative media and I work in a way that best suits you.
