About me and my therapy practice

I offer one-to-one counselling for adults, either short-term or long-term. My therapy room is in central Wakefield (WF1), close to the bus and train stations, with car parking close by. My aim is to offer a safe, quiet, confidential space in which you can talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable for you. My training and experience helps me to help you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I will listen attentively and supportively, and try to help you to deepen your understanding of what you are going through. I respect that every human being is different and unique, and so I tailor my approach to suit your individual preferences and needs, and work at a pace that is comfortable for you. If you would like to find out more about how therapy might help you, then please contact me on 07504 744 086, and I will be pleased to discuss your needs.
