About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced integrative therapist. I use a range of approaches including person-centred (humanist) counselling, cognitive and behavioural therapies (CBT) and EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing).
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an EMDR Europe accredited practitioner.
I trained in counselling and psychotherapy at the University of East London (BACP accredited course) and completed my Diploma in 2006.
