I am a BACP Accredited and Registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Partner in a family run private practice, established in 1992.
I have been counselling for over 19 years and have a diploma in Contemporary Psychotherapy. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, comfortable environment for us to explore any issues affecting you. I will support you in discovering what is best for you and what you hope to gain from coming into therapy with me.
It may be that you have specific life experiences that you want to work through, or you are in need of offloading everyday stress and searching for peace of mind. I am a warm, compassionate down to earth person and believe that we all have the potential to experience more satisfying and fulfilling lives.
I also supervise other counsellors and psychotherapists and have a Diploma in Supervision. I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework and have regular clinical supervision. You are welcome to contact me to find out more or to make an appointment.
