About me and my therapy practice

I will be on leave 15th December through to 1st January, during this period I will not be able to access and reply to any e-mails, voicemails or text messages. All enquiries will be answered on my return to work 2nd January

I have been working with clients since 2005 and have amassed a wealth of experience working with Individuals, Couples, Counselling Students and EAP & Insurance Organisations. I offer a reduced rate for students undertaking a counselling course. Appointments also available in Westbourne PO10 8UL. During the past 3 years undertaken a number of substantial training courses in Trauma Therapy (10 days) & Couple Counselling (15 months), I am currently undertaking some training in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and I am able to offer this therapy. I have a keen interest Mindfulness and how this can benefit clients. I currently have some spaces available for counselling students, for more information please visit my website. .
