I have over 15 years experience and my practice includes working with stress, anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, relationship and couple issues, family issues, work and health related issues and personal development. I practise in Maidstone and serve the surrounding areas. My approach is integrative, using different theoretical models within the humanistic framework to meet the needs of the client. I have additional training in couple and relationship issues, and have specialist counselling experience of working with bereavement and loss. I am an approved counsellor for certain health insurance companies and EAP providers. I also have experience in primary care work both with the NHS and privately.
Some concessions are available including reduced rates for counselling students.
