About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced Therapist, who can provide you with a confidential, safe place for you to look at your worries and difficulties. I appreciate Counselling / Psychotherapy is sometimes not an easy thing to do and believe the relationship between Client and the Therapist is very important to help support you. Providing you with a non-judgemental, empathic and warm environment will help build a trusting relationship, where you can explore your problem. Just having the opportunity to talk to someone completely impartial who really listens, can make the difference for you to begin to move in a more positive direction of your own choosing. Please remember, there is no obligation at this initial stage. If you would like to find out more, please contact me. I will be happy to talk things through with you.
