About me and my therapy practice

If you are thinking about accessing counselling it can seem like a daunting task, but you are not alone. Nearly all of the individuals I have worked with thought that others deserved counselling more than they did. I have been a qualified counsellor for over 10 years and have helped people from a wide range of backgrounds to work through many issues.
