About me and my therapy practice

As an Integrative Counsellor my approach is tailored towards you so that you can work towards attaining your own goals through making your own informed decisions. I provide short-term counselling, typically 6-12 sessions, as well as long-term work if we both feel this would be beneficial to you.

I can help you explore your, fears, challenges, limitations, expectations and possibilities for change and personal growth in a confidential, non-judgemental and empathic setting, with the aim of helping you gain a deeper knowledge about what's going on for you, and to learn to manage your anguish. Understanding these difficulties will help you develop choices and move forward.

I appreciate that making contact may feel daunting so please be assured of a warm, friendly and quick response. Making an inquiry does not oblige you to book an appointment in any way.
