As an Integrative Counsellor my approach is tailored towards you so that you can work towards attaining your own goals through making your own informed decisions. I provide short-term counselling, typically 6-12 sessions, as well as long-term work if we both feel this would be beneficial to you.
I can help you explore your, fears, challenges, limitations, expectations and possibilities for change and personal growth in a confidential, non-judgemental and empathic setting, with the aim of helping you gain a deeper knowledge about what's going on for you, and to learn to manage your anguish. Understanding these difficulties will help you develop choices and move forward.
