About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified counsellor with over 12 years experience. Many of us will have times in our lives when we may need someone to talk to. Often talking to family and friends can be helpful, but it may be that this seems too difficult, or that the issues are at home? This is why talking to someone who is impartial can help. I retrained in counselling as I whole heartedly believe it can help us transform our lives. I believe in providing a caring, non-judgemental, confidential environment where clients can explore difficult themes, and gain insight into how to become freer to make positive choices in their lives going forward. I have worked for a large Employee Assistance Programme. I gained experience of working with trauma, through PARCS. I have also previously volunteered for the Samaritans and MIND. My Continued Professional Development is extremely important to me, and I regularly attend training and seminars Feel free to contact me for further information if you would find that helpful. You can contact me on the telephone numbers as above. Please be aware that I may not be immediately able to answer, however I will get back to you as soon as I am available.
