Counselling support can give you greater confidence in understanding yourself and all the resources within you that you can draw upon in your life to feel more fulfilled. As a qualified Counsellor and Therapist, I provide a safe, accepting and confidential environment where you will have time and space to express and explore anything you wish to address that may be troubling you. I can help you find solutions, new and different ways of being and living your life, which feel right for you.
I offer an initial meeting of 30 minutes. This will be a time to explore why you are thinking of starting therapy, whether continued therapy would be appropriate to your needs, if you are comfortable to work with me and if I am the right therapist for you.
I offer short and long term counselling to adults, young people and couples. My practice is in a convenient location with easy parking and is within 10 minutes walking from Haywards Heath mainline station.
