About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified person centred counsellor with private practice locations in and around the North West and South West London area.

Are you at a point in your life where you need space to focus on yourself, a confidential space where you can talk about what is happening for you? At times this can be difficult to do with friends or family. If you are feeling anxious and worried, suffering a bereavement, have self esteem issues or generally feel dissatisfied with where you are at the moment and want to explore what may be troubling you, I can help.

I use a humanistic approach which means I respect and encourage your autonomy whilst we are working together. I provide an empathic safe and non judgemental space where you can feel seen and heard for who you truly are as an individual.

I understand that making the first step is the hardest, it can feel like the most daunting experience. I am able to listen when you make that call, I will be happy to answer questions about how I work.

I have over 13 years experience of working within the NHS. I have also worked in the private sector caring for individuals mental wellbeing. This sparked my interest in how psychotherapy can be a major support in reducing the impact of stress and distress on your overall health.
