I am a registered counsellor, a mindfulness teacher and a senior yoga teacher working with people experiencing distress and difficult times in life. Based on my work within the NHS, I use mindfulness for the treatment of anxiety and depression. My special interest lies in stress-related and relationship issues. Initial telephone consultation is free. Evening appointments available. Bilingual english and german. Time-limited and long term treatment depending on your needs. I offer a non-judgmental, safe and confidential space in which you can explore and talk openly about your life in a way which might not be possible with friends or family. I combine traditional therapeutic ideas with contemporary findings from neurobiology and evidence-based models such as CBT. My integrative approach is based on an embodied mind and allows me to tailor therapy to suit your needs, rather than you fitting into a method. I work privately from practices near Bond street (W1G) and in West Hampstead (NW3/NW6).
