About me and my therapy practice

We all struggle with life from time to time and it can help to talk things through with someone who is friendly, understanding and non-judgmental, to find a way forward. I offer a warm, confidential and supportive therapy service, based in a professional and private setting in the heart of Fareham

I am a very experienced and professional Counsellor/Psychotherapist, having been in practice for 15 years. Clients come to see me for many reasons and with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationships under strain or breaking down, bereavement, bullying, work related stress and abuse. I see my role as supporting the client in resolving the difficulties which are holding them back from living a positive, fulfilling life.
