Having previously worked within The Priory Hospital and the NHS, I am now seeing clients in my private practice in Richmond, London.
As an integrative practitioner with a human approach, I use theory and techniques from psychodynamic, person centred and CBT teachings to best support your needs. I adapt my work to best suit you and your difficulties. --------------------
I grew up in Devon, completed a BA (Hons) degree at Sussex University in Brighton and then moved to London. After completing counselling courses with The Open University and The Minster Centre, I completed a MSc at the University of Greenwich in Therapeutic Counselling and joined the BACP's register of qualified professionals.
Prior to becoming a counsellor and psychotherapist, I worked in the charity sector, I volunteered with victims of domestic abuse and with elderly residents in my community who had expressed feeling isolated or alone. I have worked with people from all walks of life and always work with an open-mind. --------------------
