Therapy and counselling in Pimlico & Vauxhall, Central and South London.
My approach to psychotherapy and counselling is influenced by my own life experience, my extensive training in philosophy, psychology and psychotherapy and by current research in the field of psychotherapy and counselling.
About me: I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I have a postgraduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy.
Previously, I have studied Psychology at the University of Edinburgh and I am currently specialising in Counselling Psychology at doctoral level.
What can I offer? I am offering a space where we both together explore the things that matter to you. These might be problems, concerns or questions that you have. You might be stuck in your current life or overwhelmed by it, you might want to change things or you simply might wan to think and talk about where you are at.
I am offering a safe, confidential space where you can talk to me about anything you like – small or big. No concern is too small or big to be talked about.I am offering a guided inquiry with a curious attitude that attempts to uncover implicit assumptions and processes and aims at helping you to understand yourself better. I am able to offer both, short and long-term work. At our first meeting, we will discuss your needs and why you would like to commence therapy. Together, we will think about how to work in a way that suits your needs.
