About me and my therapy practice

Located in Southfields, Wandsworth, SW18/SW19 (District line) and close to Earlsfield, Clapham, Wandsworth and Wimbledon, I provide a caring, confidential and supportive space to examine issues which may be causing you anxiety, stress or depression. You may be experiencing issues in your relationship, at work, or in your family, or you may just realise that things have not felt right for a while. I believe that we all need help sometimes, and if we can work with a trained professional to examine these issues, a positive change is often possible. I like to work as flexibly as possible, and I am able to do this because I was trained as an integrative counsellor, which means that I can draw upon different theories depending on your needs and preferences. The core of my approach is Person-Centred, so I believe that, with the right support and guidance, you will be able to find the answers you need. I do not view my role as giving advice or making ‘diagnoses’. I also offer alternative ways of examining issues, including writing, drawing and visualisation. I have extensive experience in a wide range of clinical settings, including the psychological service at a Central London university, an LGBT+ counselling charity, a secondary school, and a homeless hostel. Here is a brief video to show you what to expect out of a session with me:
