About me and my therapy practice

Thank you for consulting my page. I am an approachable integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist who believes that each client has their own answers within. When seeking therapy it is important that you find the right therapist. I am interested in working with clients to explore challenging areas of their life, in order to gain a different outcome. Working collaboratively within this safe space, provides a confidential space to feel supported when you may be experiencing that your needs are not being met, or that your choices are feeling stifled.

Over the years I have gained experience across a wide sector as a volunteer at local charities. I now work in private practice in Central Richmond with Clients of a varied age and background. I have valuable experience in depression, self-esteem, anxiety, bereavement, enhancing stale relationships, as well as divorce issues, particularly in a supportive capacity. My Life Coaching skills may prove useful should we decide to work upon setting achievable goals or examining limiting beliefs, as this can prove helpful in discerning why we may be feeling blocked.

If you have been considering counselling and wish to know about the benefits please do not hesitate to call or email with any queries you may have and I will respond as soon as I can. Or simply book a no obligation initial consultation. The offices are
