I am trained in Psychosynthesis counselling, a holistic and integrative type of therapy that aims to explore and integrate the conflicts and difficulties from our past that we experience within us in the present. This, in turn, helps us to discover our true purpose, meaning and potential and lead a healthier, more balanced life.
My main goal with clients is to get you to explore and question your life in ways you have probably never done before and in doing so, get you to the ultimate truth of who you are and how you fit in the world. I work with integrated, experiental and creative techniques that are used to address both the materialistic and spiritual world of the individual and how they ‘fit’ into the world and I have particular experience with clients facing cultural, gender, sexuality, relationship and workplace issues.
I work from consultation rooms in London Bridge, (SE1) Balham/Tooting (SW17) and online.
