I provide a calming, focussed and confidential space for you to explore your issues. First, I take details of your background and get an idea of your life and how you’ve arrived at where you are today. Then, as the sessions progress, I help you find patterns in your sense of identity, feelings, beliefs and behaviours which may have contributed to your difficulties. No blame is ever attached to you or anybody else; the focus is on clarity and understanding, releasing old, buried feelings and activating your new self awareness for change.
I have many, many years experience in working with people and have collected many tools, techniques and knowledge in that time to help you as best I can. Also, I have an interactive approach offering feed back which may activate different & more helpful insights and perspectives.
Seeking out help is the first step to recovering your happier self and moving forward. Please feel reassured that I have a proven track record in helping people to feel better but coupled with your firm intention to do so the combination is set for even greater success.
I have also taught co-counselling & counselling skills. In addition, I have a special interest in spirituality, holism and the body-mind interconnection.
