Lines open: Monday to Friday 10am-1pm Provide any Muslim girl or woman in a crisis with a free, confidential listening service and referral to Islamic consultants, plus practical help and information where required.

Lines open: Monday to Friday 6pm-12 midnight /Saturday & Sunday 12pm-12am Provides a free and confidential service run by young Muslims trained in Islamic counselling skills.

Lines open: Monday to Friday 11am-7pm Will endeavour to provide a translator service in other languages. A free 24 hour service which provides counselling, information and advice to anyone concerned about a child at risk of abuse.
