About me and my therapy practice

The first and most important element of my work is my relationship with you. To ensure you feel safe and supported and not judged to enable you to look at the areas of your life that are causing you anxiety, confusion, pain, or distress. We will discuss how you prefer to work and I will endeavour to adapt my practice to you.

You can expect a warm welcome from me and an openness to your needs. My goal is to help you find your answers and your way forward. Helping to enable choice within your life.

My first session

In order to ensure that you feel comfortable and safe, I offer a free thirty-minute appointment. This allows us both to make sure we are the right fit to work together. We can look at what you hope to achieve with your counselling, and decide how we would like to work and which areas to focus on.
