Practice description
Counselling for Individuals and Couples: Supporting individuals and couples to achieve a more fulfilling life.
I am able to offer face to face, online and telephone counselling to both individuals and couples who are experiencing difficulties and who are needing extra support in overcoming them.
My work supports in empowering people, providing encouragement to achieve a more fulfilling life. Working together to explore concerns in a safe and confidential therapeutic setting.
Each session will last around 50 minutes-1 hour. Sessions are usually offered weekly or fortnightly, this can be adapted and can be flexible on days and times to suit individual needs.
Fee amount stated is for individuals, please inquire for couples fees.
My first session
I do offer a free introductory telephone call, this usually takes up to 30 minutes. This is the first step for you to see if counselling feels right for you right now, and to discuss your availability. It gives you the opportunity to share your initial concerns, taking some time to find out your needs and what you are hoping to achieve.
If you choose to book in straight away or at a later date, the first session usually takes up to an hour. We will discuss the contract and expectations of counselling. We will then spend some more time getting to know each other; and giving you the opportunity in sharing your story in more detail.
