About me and my therapy practice
The LightHouse Therapist.
I offer a safe space to talk about whatever you are facing that is challenging or difficult. Working together, we can build and reflect upon resources that can be the foundations for you to begin to heal and recover.
Systemically trained, I give vital importance to the sets of relationships and contexts that surround you, and also to the therapeutic relationship that we create together.
I am here to support you in a confidential, non-judgemental way. I will never tell you what you should do. I will listen and support you whilst you work towards finding a happier and healthier future.

Face to Face £60 per 50 min session.
Online £50 per 50 min session.
My first session
The first session is simply a chance for us to meet and talk through what it is that has brought you to counselling. We can chat about what you feel you need and agree on a way forward that is comfortable for us both.

*£65 covers 1.5 hours BACP monthly supervision requirements.
About me and my therapy practice
I hold a Level 6 Advanced Clinical Supervision qualification - which includes face-to-face, online and telephone delivery.
BSc (Hons) Systemic Therapist. I also hold a Level 7 qualification in Transpersonal Psychology and am a qualified teacher of mindfulness.
Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred) 382993.
Practice description
I use the relational process-related Seven-Eyed model of supervision (Hawkins & Shohet, 1985) as a framework for supervision.
I have a holistic view, honouring the non-linear nature of life and am passionate about remaining curious about all possibilities with a firm eye on the meta-messages of communication.
My first session
Our first session will be an opportunity to meet and discuss our 'fit' with a view to creating a contract that will become the framework for our future collaborations.
