Practice description

As the CEO of Home Counties Therapy, I specialise in assessing people with BPD/EUPD, ASD and comorbid addiction for DBT treatment within my organisation.

My first session

Your first session will be a two hour assessment session where I will take a full history, introduce the concept of what Dialectical Behaviour Therapy is and discuss your readiness to begin the process.
