About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I use different theories depending on what issues you bring and what you want to achieve from counselling. The main approaches I use are person-centred counselling and cognitive behavioural techniques. We will focus on the things you want to and I will support the direction of travel you want to follow.

Practice description

I believe in working at your pace and moving in the direction you want to go in. Think of me as your co-pilot! Together we can unpack the challenges you are facing and come up with strategies and tools to address them. Clients also often find it helpful to dig a little deeper into what has happened in the past which may be influencing the current situation.

My first session

I will email you in advance of our first session to get some more information about you and what you would like from our time working together. I will send you an assessment form and a working agreement so you have a chance to consider and complete before our first session.
