We work on an open-ended basis, and all that is required is seven days' notice of termination when you want to take a break.

My first session

“We will meet for an initial consultation session. This session will be dedicated to understanding your needs and expectations, discussing my approach to therapy, and formulating a plan should we proceed with further sessions. 

Appointments can be conducted online. I possess substantial experience and training in online therapy, which I regard as an effective therapeutic method for numerous clients. Consequently, I advocate for online therapy when it is the chosen method.”

We work on an open-ended basis, and all that is required is seven days' notice of termination when you want to take a break.

• Appointments are priced at a very reasonable £60 per session.

• Payment is by BACS weekly in advance before each session.
