I work with adults, children and young people on a wide range of issues.

I am down to earth, friendly and will help you to talk through your problems and find a solution that fits you.

There is nothing more empowering than discovering your own strengths, taking control of your own life and making positive decisions based on what you want and need.

Practice description

I am an integrative counsellor which enables me to tailor my approach to you and your needs.

I am trained to help you understand what is happening for you, why you might be experiencing these problems and how you can feel better.

Through working collaboratively, you can find the answers to these questions.

Based on my experience taking action between sessions helps to create change. This could be reading about a topic to understand yourself better or adding activities to your day to improve your mood.
