About me and my therapy practice

I work pluralistically using a variety of different therapies and techniques to support clients with their unique needs and goals. I work with a variety of issues including, self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and bereavement.

I am passionate about mental health and offer a non-judgemental, safe space with structured time to allow clients to explore emotions.
