About me and my therapy practice
I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering online therapy. I can help you to explore and address complex issues including: anxiety, depression, women's issues, ADHD, bereavement, relationship problems, abuse (physical and sexual), self esteem issues, loneliness and trauma.
Person-Centred Counselling is a client-led approach, meaning you decide what to discuss in our sessions. This type of counselling focuses on building a non judgemental, trustworthy relationship in which you can feel free and supported to disclose whatever is troubling you. It aims to help you deepen your self-awareness and to develop resources that allow you to feel more grounded and able to cope with current or future difficulties.
Sessions will be tailored to accommodate your individual needs. They will provide a safe space to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, offer fresh perspectives and consider your options.
By offering sessions via Zoom, I can provide you with a convenient way to fit therapy into your weekly routine, from the comfort of your own home.

My first session
I offer a free initial telephone consultation, of up to 30 minutes. This gives us the opportunity to explore your goals for therapy and to see if working together would be beneficial. It also allows you to ask any questions you may have. This is a relaxed and informal chat, with no obligation to proceed with counselling.
Please call me on 07496 313 624 or send an email if you have any questions or would like to book a session.
