Practice description
Are past events stopping you from moving forward with your life? Do you feel anxious, depressed, stressed, but you cant pinpoint why? That is often the case with mental health, you know there is something just not working properly but you don't know how to fix it. Although you can't change the past, you can learn not to let it control you. CBT is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. CBT believes that your thoughts about a certain situation can often affect how you feel emotionally and physically. I can help you change those unhelpful thinking styles.
