About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering inclusive counselling support. 

I work in person, online and on the telephone allowing you to choose whichever is appropriate for you.

My face to face counselling room is safe, calm, quiet and free from distraction. This is in the Stowmarket area, IP14. 

Practice description

I welcome all clients with a view to providing a space in which you can share openly without fear of judgement.

I work with current and long-term issues. 

As sessions progress the aim is to allow you to reach a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs, allowing you to achieve your goals and reach your full potential, or simply to process what you are experiencing and move forward. 

We will work at a pace which is appropriate for you, with regular check-ins to ensure we are moving in the right direction, safely and ethically.
