About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced counsellor, supervisor and counsellor trainer. I offer an integrative approach which is based on person centred practice and draws on different models and techniques which are tailored to each individual client. I work Online and offer a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space in which to explore any difficulties and to address change.

Practice description

I am a qualified Counsellor, consultative counselling supervisor, FE/HE lecturer, and mental health nurse. In addition, I have an MA in Professional Practice. Since qualifying as a Counsellor in 1999 I have worked in a variety of different counselling settings which include, private practice, the Priory group ,a student counselling service and a charity organization.

I have taught on a range of counselling programmes and have been involved in counselling course validation. I have over 10 years' experience of running personal development groups and supervising trainee counsellors.

I have worked with a wide range of clients and respect the unique relationship that develops between counsellor and client and the important role that trust plays in creating a safe space to address issues and how to manage them.

My first session

Sessions are 50 minutes and are £40 per session. Student counsellor ( trainee) fee is £30 per session Please contact me for more information.
