About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome.  There may be many different reasons why you are here.

I offer a warm, safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore what it means to be you. I work with young people over 16 and adults of all ages, identity, sexuality or disability. We use sessions to explore whatever you would like, moving at your pace, with options to work short or long term or open ended.

Maybe you're experiencing challenges, grief, loss, depression or anxiety or a mixture of complex and confusing feelings and moving forward feels hard.  Or finding yourself stuck, repeating patterns and wondering why.  Perhaps you experienced difficulties and trauma in the past, are finding things tough in the present or are worried about the future.

Seeking support during these times can help.  I believe we have the ability to change and become, to shift and grow.

Working together,  we can look at your unique life experiences and how this may be affecting you in the now.  Gaining understanding and insight into ways of thinking, feeling and behaving, you can start to make sense of how to move forward in a way you wish.

There is the option of working outside in various places on the Blackdown Hills in Somerset to reconnect with nature and self or working creatively with different mediums.
