About me and my therapy practice

Using a friendly, warm empathic approach I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for short and long term one-to-one personal counselling.

In my work as a counsellor, I am able to provide a safe space in which your difficulties and past and present experiences can be shared and new meaningful choices can be made.

I have over 10 years’ experience working with people who have experienced mental health difficulties. Therefore, I have a wide range of knowledge and experience in this area and have supported many people through the most challenging and difficult periods of their lives.

Practice description

I am currently offering telephone and online sessions using a secure telehealth platform.

My first session

I offer a free 20 minute initial telephone session, this often helps to decide if i am the right therapist for you to begin your counselling sessions.
