About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Mark and I run You+ Counselling.

My job is to make myself obsolete in as quick a timeframe as possible, leaving you in a more competent state and confident frame of mind than when we first met.

I offer both face-to-face and online sessions, with an initial chat to allow you some time to see how we might work together before agreeing a way forward.

I am a registered member of the BACP and I work with anyone who wants to be more than who they currently are.

I work to your preferences and at your pace, using a range of counselling modalities that suit you as an individual.
