I will help you both learn a new way to communicate with each other - it's called the Imago Dialogue technique, first developed by Harville Hendrix and his partner, Helen LaKelly Hunt in the 1980's that is on point for today.
Hendrix and LaKelly Hunt's theory behind Imago Couples Therapy is that many people enter into what they call "The Unconscious Marriage" - a marriage (partnership) that includes all of the hidden desires and automatic behaviours that are left over from childhood and that inexorably lead couples into conflict."

Imago Couples Therapy - first introductory session - £80 for one hour, then £120 for 90 minutes thereafter.
Individual Transactional Analysis psychotherapy - £65 for one hour
