About me and my therapy practice

Hello, my name is Charlotte, and I am a Humanistic/Person-Centered counsellor. With my approach, I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe in the power of empathy and unconditional positive regard, allowing clients to freely express themselves without fear of judgment.

As a Humanistic/Person-Centered counsellor, I employ various therapeutic ideas and practices to create a customised approach that suits your unique needs and preferences. Whether you are seeking support with a specific issue or wish to explore deeper aspects of your life, I am here to listen and provide guidance and support. Together, we will discuss your worries so that you may reach a positive outcome and move forward in your life with increased well-being.

I work with Adults, Children and Young Persons.

Practice description

I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for you to discuss the problems and issues you are currently struggling with. As your counsellor, I am committed to creating a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable expressing yourself freely and honestly. I understand that addressing distressing thoughts and feelings can be a challenging process, but I am here to support you every step of the way.

I run my private practice from a comfortable and professional setting in Fareham, Hampshire.

My first session

The first session is key to building our counselling relationship. We will work together to develop a plan to enable you to reach that sense of well-being you are striving to achieve.

Practice description

I run my private practice from a comfortable and professional setting in Fareham, Hampshire.

In addition to traditional face-to-face counselling sessions, I offer a walk-and-talk 'outdoor counselling' session for those who prefer a more informal setting. That option is also available if you prefer to connect online or via telephone. Your presence matters most, and we will choose the best counselling approach for your needs.
