About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my Counselling practice, where I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover a path to personal growth and healing. With compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of human behaviour, I strive to create a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and identify as Neurodivergent. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), I bring 25 years of experience from the working world and academia, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of life's difficulties. I take a special interest working with older adults, individuals with active addiction or in recovery, and those who identify as neurodivergent.Practice description
In my practice, I value the importance of finding the right therapist. Making this decision can be overwhelming, which is why I prioritise creating a non-judgmental environment where individuals can feel comfortable sharing their concerns.
Informed by various therapeutic approaches, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, and existential therapies, my integrative counseling style considers the whole person addressing their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I believe in empowering clients to lead the direction of therapy, providing the freedom to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours at their own pace. The therapeutic relationship is fundamentally person-centered and is built on trust, respect, and understanding.

I offer a free 15 minute initial assessment to help prospective clients explore how we can work together and develop a sense of the therapeutic journey ahead.
