About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes life happens, and our experiences tend to knock us off our proposed life plans and expectation, and often we question our life purpose and the whys surrounding our being. We all experience this existential shock, whilst some grow past theirs, others get stocked and everything keep crashing. Sometimes once one thing happens, we become susceptible to a wide variety of issues psychologically, physiologically, relationally, and economically. The uniqueness of individuals influences how they cope and manage their live challenges, and this is translated in my therapeutic work with my clients. I work with clients to understand their experiences, world view and how these impact them. Through my work, I will help you become aware of your worldview and their impact which empowers you to make the needed change that resonates with your personal value and purpose. Through our work you will become aware of your relationships, limitations, needs, and your relationship with yourself and how to improve on them. Seeking therapy is a bold step and the prerequisite to personal growth, healing, and improved life expectations. I will walk side by side with you throughout your therapeutic journey by providing you the safe space and presence required for your intended transformative outcome.

I work with clients experiencing a variety of issues including, depression, anxiety, frustration, alienation, shame, low mood, and self-esteem issues.

I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you are able to explore and unravel the reasons behind your presenting issues, explore your feelings and make sense of them. I help you to understand and establish alternative ways for a positive change. Checking out my page is a bold step to making that needed change you are considering.
