About me and my therapy practice

I will provide you with a safe space where you can explore whatever it is that is troubling you. There will be no judgement or advice, just a calm space where you can talk about your thoughts and feelings.

My role as a person-centred counsellor is to help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that will provide you with more clarity, insight and self-awareness.

I very much believe that we all have the power within us to change; I can help you find that power.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute consultation where you can give me a brief overview of why you are seeking counselling and we can decide whether we would be a good fit for working together.
