About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in online or in-person psychodynamic therapy, which provides lasting healing through self understanding and insight.

In person fee £70 / evening online.

I am currently offering lower cost daytime online sessions at £50/session

I offer a free 30 minute phone call so that we can have an initial discussion and so that I can answer any questions you may have.

In therapy, we will be interested in exploring:

  • How your past experiences (especially family) impact you in the present.
  • Your relationship patterns and attachment style.
  • How you are affected by your friendships and family, and social groups and systems.
  • How these things may play out unconsciously, in ways that you may be unaware of.
