About me and my therapy practice

I believe counselling is for everyone and it’s something I have personally gained a great deal from, which was one of the reasons I chose to train as a counsellor.

It can feel like a huge task just to find a therapist let alone begin therapy, that’s why I offer a 15 min phone call to speak to you, find out what it is you want from therapy and to explain how I work.

I am an integrative therapist and we will work together in a safe environment that is non-judgemental and somewhere you can be open and honest, with space to work through what you need to.

I look forward to hearing from you and working together.
