About me and my therapy practice

My approach is sensitive and trauma informed with a large emphasis on validating your lived experience. You can be open with me about anything that's troubling you, even if it feels shameful. Our work together will focus largely on healing and self-acceptance, whilst learning practical skills on how to manage your thought processes and behaviors to create positive change in your life.

Practice description

I hear from clients so many times how they feel defected, unlovable and unworthy. I’m here to tell you that its ok to be you! The first step is reaching out for help. The second step is being brave enough to let me walk alongside you through the difficult feelings that you have been carrying for so long. We will get to the other side of healing together. I am a open-minded counsellor, sex-positive, LGBTQIA+, Gender, Sexuality & Relationship Diversity (GSRD) affirming. Also working with clients who are diagnosed or self-diagnosed as neurodivergent (ASD, OCD, ADHD).

I am knowledgeable about the sex industry and can help with issues related to sexual difficulties, identity, exploring sexuality, alternative/open relationships, kink, BDSM. I can help with difficult feelings related to shame, anger and jealously. My work is trauma informed with experience and expertise in relationship abuse, control and codependency.

Whether you are struggling with Anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or simply seeking personal growth and self-discovery, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and empowerment.

My first session

Our first session together (full 60 minutes) will be half price at a cost of £30. I will be interested in knowing what has prompted you to seek counselling and what you are hoping to gain from our sessions together. I will explain more in depth about how I work and it will also be your opportunity to ask any questions you have regarding this process.

You would have already received and hopefully read our working agreement which outlines legalities, fees, safety, how I handle your personal information etc. It is important that you have taken the time to read through this so that you are happy with what is written. If you had any quires about the working agreement, our first session would be when we would discuss this.
